摘要
本文利用MPV-1500摩擦试验机对PTFE 基自润滑复合材料在20号机械油润滑时的摩擦、磨损及极限PV 特性进行了系统的评价,同时利用EPM 及SEM 对磨损表面及对偶表面转移膜进行了显微分析,进而对PTFE 基自润滑复合材料在油润滑时的摩擦学机理进行了初步探讨。
The author systematically studied the friction wear and limiting PVproperties of PTFE-based self-lubricating composites under 20 mechanical oillubrication using MPV-1500 tribological testing machine,at the same time,exam-ined the worn surfaces and transfer films on the couple surfaces of the composi-tes using EPM and SEM,tested the contact angles of 20 mechanical oil on thesurfaces of PTFE-based self-lubrication composites,then studied the tribologicalmechanisms of PTFE-based self-lubricating composites under oil lubrication.
