摘要
本文叙述了对回转密封件沿轴向的压力分布,泄漏量随压力的变化规律和摩擦力矩随压力的变化规律进行了测试。并且利用有限元理论与流体动力润滑理论相结合对密封件进行理论计算。最后得出理论计算与实验数据相一致的结论,即密封唇部起着重要的作用。
A new high pressure rotary seal design is developed and tested inthe rigs.The pressure distribution within the cylindrical seal gap and leakagerate has been calculated by both Finite Element Method and Theorem of Hydro-dynamic Lubrication,leakage rote and friction torque,a novel test rig has beenbuilt.Experimental results demonstrated the exclusive coincidence of test dateWith the theoretical calculations,and indicated the great importance of lip secti-on in the sealing process.
