化工搅拌设备由于被搅拌的物质多具有腐蚀、高温或要求不混进杂质等特点,因此搅拌设备的润滑也尽量不采用润滑油,脂一类的润滑剂,而是采用自润滑材料更为合适。本文通过硝化锅的操作条件及轴套安装,推荐了几种自润滑材料以飨读者。
