Recent advance in study of the left ventricalar false tendons

摘要 心腔假腱索(false tendons, FT)是指存在于右室之外于心房、左心室内除同时连接左室乳头肌和二尖瓣叶的腱索外、心腔内的纤维样或纤维肌肉样结构,因此又被称为纤维肌束、异位腱索、异位乳头肌.自1981年Nishimura等[1]发表了第1篇有关左室假腱索的超声研究报告以来,左室假腱索的作用被逐渐重视起来,人们发现左室假腱索可能与期前收缩、心电复极异常、心脏杂音等多种临床现象有关;左室假腱索的蒲肯野细胞也被广泛作为心肌电活动的研究模型进行基础研究.
