摘要
在边界膜温度特性测试仪上、研究了8种常用润滑添加剂对3种轴承合金—45号钢边界膜温度特性的影响。结果表明:添加剂对轴承合金—钢摩擦副的边界膜温度特性的影响比对钢—钢摩擦副的影响更为复杂,本文采用最大摩擦系数(磨斑面积)的温度点与摩擦(磨损)的温度敏感系数结合的原则来评价分析,提出的结论可供相近工况的选材润滑添加剂作参考。
The effect of eight kinds of common lubricating additives on boundaryfilm temperature charcteristics of three kinds of bearing alloy-45 carbon steelhas been investigated with the test instrumeut of boundary film temperature cha-racteristics.The results show that:the effect of additives on boundary film tem-perature characteristics of bearing alloy-45 carbon steel is more complex thanthe effect of boundary film temperature characteristics of steel-steel.In this pap-er,the effects have been analysed by means of“the temperature point of maxim-um friction coefficient (abasive area)”and“Sensitive temperature factor of friction (wear)”.The conclusion will be helpful to selecting metallic materialspairing and lubricating additives under similar conditions.
