摘要
运用二维流体动力润滑理论,建立起活塞裙部在缸套内的润滑模型,分析了活塞裙部的油膜承载力、活塞裙油膜厚度及裙部摩擦功率这3方面的综合效果,对活塞裙部进行润滑优化设计,从而阐明了中凸型活塞裙部在运转性能方面的一些优点。
In this paper,based on the two-dimensional hydrodynamie lubricationtheory,a lubrication model of piston skirt in the cylinder was developed.The modelwas used to optimized the design of piston skirt from the comprehensive effect ofthe oil film thickness,the hydrodynamic load-carrying capacity as well as the fri-cational loss of the skirts.Then it elucidated some advantages of barrel shaped p-iston skirt in respect of operating performance.
