摘要
本文详细论述了光整密封的后限性,损伤密封的可控性,损伤形式对摩擦-密封副密封性及寿命的影响,指出钝性损伤是一种较好的损伤形式,并分析了几种不同损伤密封形式所以能保持密封的原因,及损伤密封的密封可靠性,指出作为一种新的密封方式,损伤密封在理论上是成立的,在实践中也不乏例证,故有进一步研究和实践的价值和必要性。
This paper describes the limitation of finished seals,controllabilityof damaged seals and the effect of damaging form on sealing property of fricti-onseal pair,and points out that passive damage is a better damaging form.Italso analyzes the cause to be able to maintain sealing in different forms of dam-aged seals,and the reliability of sealing in damaged seals.It finally points outthe damaged seal as a new sealing mode is theoretially held,and has practicallyno lack of evidances,with valuable and necessary for further study.
