氮化硅对铸铁的摩擦:润滑油的作用

摘要 用销盘试验机以氮化硅球作销,铸铁作摩擦盘在室温下以基础油及加入磺酸盐为润滑剂分别进行试验。试验显示由于铸铁中碳石墨存在所产生的自润滑作用使得摩擦系统中材料的磨损减少,摩擦状态稳定。基础油中磺酸钙的加入使氮化硅的磨损速率得到降低。X-射线能谱分析显示在铸铁的摩擦表面有一吸附层形成。在本试验条件下,提高该添加剂的浓度对试验系统的摩擦学性能影响不大。 The pin-on-disc test with Si_3N_4,as a pin,against cast iron,as a disc,wasperformed under the pure oil with and without calcium sulfonate lubricationat room temperature.It was found that the self-lubricating effect of the cast irondue to the existence of graphite makes the wear of the materials lower and thefriction stable.The calcium sulfonate additive reduces the wear rate of the materials.EDX analyses showed the adsorbed film formed on the cast iron.Highconcentration of the additive seems not to be neccessary for better tribologicalperfomance of the materials presented in this study.
