摘要
目的 :了解治疗功能性消化不良 (FD)的药物最新动态。方法 :通过查阅文献 ,结合基础研究成果对各种药物在FD治疗中的地位和疗效进行讨论。结果与结论 :FD的治疗以症状治疗为主 ,对药物疗效评价未能达成一致 。
OBJECTIVE:To know the latest progress of the drugs for functional dyspepsia(FD). METHODS: The position and efficacy of the drugs treated for FD were discussed by way of reviewing literatures combined with basic research achievements. RESULTS & CONCLUSION: Improving the symptoms is the aim of the treatment for FD.Evaluation of efficacy of the drugs remains controversial. Treatments on disturbance of visceral sensation show preliminary results.
