对厦门市集美区培养田径人才途径的思考

On the Cultivating of the Sports Talents Specialized in Track and Field in Jimei, Xiamen

针对厦门市集美区田径人才馈乏的现状,对集美区自身现有的条件与对培养田径人才必须的一些条件进行对比分析,认为造成集美区田径人才馈乏的原因是人们没有利用本区现有资源进行培养田径人才的这种意识,没有形成一套完整的培养训练体系。所以本文对集美区如何利用现有资源去建立一套符合本地田径人才培养的机制进行探讨与思考。

Aimed at the status quo of lacking sports talents specialized in track and field, this paper makes a contrastive study between exciting conditions and the indispensable requirements of cultivating sports talents. This paper points out the basic causes led to the lack of sports talents exists in the lack of the sense of cultivating sports talents by utilizing the existing resources and facilities. Simultaneously, this paper probes into the establishment of a sound system for cultivating sports talents specialized in track and field in Jimei.
