体育与健康课程标准的实施是教育部基础教育司对基础教育课程改革方案的一部分,在新公布的普通初中、普通高中新课程方案中对课程标准的评价也是只有框架结构。本研究在于将课程改革精神落实到具体内容和具体操作方案中。

The implementation of P. E. & Health Course Standard is a part of the reform of the basic education courses. In the newly-publicized course project, we can only see the framework of the evaluation of the course standard. This research is to put the concept of the course reform into effect.
