云南省昆明市第一次现代化实证研究

THE POSITIVE RESEARCH ON FIRST MODERNIZATION OF KUNMING

现代化的实证研究是区域可持续发展研究中的重要问题,在深入认识现代化理论的基础上,运用英克尔斯—同响模型,对云南省昆明市1998年～2000年第一次现代化的实现情况进行了计算。结果表明,这3年期间,昆明市的第一次现代化总实现程度为89%～90%,高于全省平均实现程度—57%,属于"基本实现"第一次现代化类型,发展阶段处于成熟期。另外,将计算结果与云南省的情况作了比较,对英克尔斯—同响评价模型作了简单的讨论。

The positive research on the first modernization is an issue that should be solved in the research on regional sustainable development This paper base on a deepen understanding of modernization theories, use the Ying ke er si-tong xiang model to take accout of the first modernization developmental situation from 1998～2000 of Kunming,Yunnan The result suggests that, during the three years, the realizational degreed of Kunming's first modernization reach 89%, higher than the average level of Yunnan, and it can be considered to nearly hit the expected aim In regard to its development stage, Kunming's first modernization is in the transitional period to its maturity At last, the author briefly compares the result of Kunming's modernization development with that of Yunnan's, and makes some discussion on the Ying ke er si-tong xiang model
