摘要
本文利用文献中的数据,通过溶质的保留值k’与流动相强组分浓度C_B和离子对试剂浓度C_P的拟合,验证了中性溶质或与离子对试剂电荷相同的溶质的k’值与C_B和C_P间的关系符合由统计热力学推导的保留值变化规律式,同时证明了离子对试剂非静电作用力对溶质的保留值存在一定的影响。
The validity of fundamental elution equation derived by statistical thermpdynamic method in ion-pair reversed-phase chromatography to describe the effects of concentration of strong solvent, ion-pair reagent and ionic strength on the retention value has been confirmed by experimental data from A. Bartha et al. Ionic solutes used take the charge like to the ion-pair reagent. Analysis of each variable affecting on retention value of ionic solute with like-charge to ion-pair reagent has been reported.
