摘要
从图像处理和分析的角度出发,提出基于边缘配准的鉴别方法。该配准算法基于图像几何形状和统计特征,由快速形状检测算法和投影算法组成。
According to the principle of image processing and analyzing, a new approach for automatic seal verification based on stroke edge matching is proposed in this paper. The match algorithm, which is dependent on geometric and statistic characteristics, consists of the quick detecting shape algorithm and the projection algorithm.
