摘要 本文叙述了用GC,GC-MSD建立的检测运动员尿样中可待因的方法。样品用酸水解,乙醚/异丙醇(9∶1)提取,最后用MSTFA和MBTFA衍生化,反应液注入GC或GC-MSD仪器。方法灵敏、快速和准确,也可用于其他有关26种麻醉镇痛剂和β-阻断剂的检测。本法已经受IOC的二次预考和一次正式合格考试的考验,并取得资格证书,确认为第11届亚运会兴奋剂检测方法。 A method for the detection and identification of codeine and its metabolites in urine by using capillary gas chromatography and gas chromatography with a mass selective detector has been established based on hydrolysis, liquid-liquid extraction and derivatizing them to trimethylsilylated (TMS)and trifluoroacetylated(TFA) compounds. The TMS-TFA compounds of codeine and its metabolites were found to be stable at room temperature for 24 hr. The method is fast,sensitive and accurate and can be used to detect this banned drug in athletes' urine. The procedure of the extraction and derivatization may also be suitable for the detection of other 26 kinds of narcotic analgesics and β-blocking agents.
