Between the Tradition and Modernization,Nationalization and Internationalization——A Thinking on Some Problems about Changes of Positions in Library Development

面向世界、面向未来 ,毫无疑问是中国图书馆发展所应坚持的重要原则 ,但是 ,这条原则又必须与立足中国、立足现实的原则相结合。具体而言 ,就是要在开拓创新服务领域与服务手段的同时 ,切实加强传统的服务领域与服务手段 ,要在以新兴服务带动传统服务、以传统服务保证新兴服务的发展理念下 ,正确处理好这样几个关系 :知识服务与文献服务 ,书本文献与电子文献 ,效益服务与非效益服务 ,服务功能与研究任务 ,初级文献复制与深度文献开发 。

Author thinks that should develop to blaze new trails of services region and way meanwhile tighten up the traditional services region and way,discusses how to handle the relations of follwing aspects:Knowledge services and document services,book document and electronic document,beneficial services and non——beneficial services,function of services and tasks of scientific research,etc.in change of positions in library development.
