摘要
学院的发展和招生规模的扩大以及干部制度、人事制度的改革 ,对图书馆的运行和管理提出了新的要求 ,本文介绍了攀枝花学院图书馆阅览室岗位管理改革的实践经验。
With the development of Panzhihua University,the enlargement of the students' registration and the reforms on the cadres' and personnel intitutions,new requirements are provided for the library function and management.The article centers on the experience and characteristics of the reform on the posts' management in the reading rooms of Panzhuhua University Library and introduces the changes brought by the reform.
