摘要
乙酰丙酮(HAA)因其分子中的氧给予体原子容易与多种金属元素发生螯合反应,是一个已知能与六十多种元素成螯的广谱性螯合剂。但是这些螯合物的热稳定性和色谱柱上稳定性一般都较差,往往难以满足气相色谱分析过程中必须的柱温要求,所以,金属-乙酰丙酮螯合物可用气相色谱分析者寥寥无几。氟代β-二酮类螯合剂的引入,使金属螯合物的气相色谱分析取得了新的突破。但是,这类螯合剂的制备及保存都不大容易,限制了其推广使用。超临界流体色谱(SFC)技术,除一般物质外。
In this paper,the supercritical fluid chromatographic behaviours of acetylacetone chelates of Cu, Al and Cr were investigated. Cross-linked fused silica capillary column (SB-Biphenyl-30)and FID were used. The limit of detection for the chelates was 10-11g and the separation of the chelates was satisfactory. The influences of pressure and temperature on retention times of the chelates are discussed.
