摘要
就采用单片机进行信号处理的光电子控制系统做了分析研究 ,采用该系统的激光器频率长期稳定度优于 10 -9。
In this theise,we have studied the photoelectron control system,introduced a laser frequency stabilization control system based on Monolithic Processor.The system run well with over 10 -9 of long term stabilization.
