液相色谱专家系统中胆汁酸样品分析方法的推荐及作用指数定性

The Recommended Analytical Method for Bile Acids in Expert System for Liquid Chromatography and Peak Identification by Using Interaction Index in Reversed- Phasc High Performance Liquid Chromatography (RP- HPLC)

在我们提出的液相色谱专家系统中,为了验证我们已经建立的从大量事实和从理论上总结出来的柱系统推荐软件,需要实际结果来加以验证。为了证明其推荐方法的正确性,我们第一次建立了液相色谱谱图库,而且在专家系统中还第一次建立了采用作用指数进行已知保留值定性的方法。在本文中我们以胆汁酸的分析实例以及定性进行验证。

In this paper the recommended analytical method for bile acids in expert system for liquid chromatography is given. the peak identification of bile acids by using interaction index is also described. Interaction index c was derived from the fundamental retention equation inRPLC——1g k' = a + c * CB, Based on the interactionindex, we described a new method for the identification of bile acids in RP-HPLC by using a-a linear relationship on colum pairs. Many data from literatures have been used to test this approach and satisfactory retention prediction was given.
