异长春花碱加顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌40例观察

Homemade vinorelbine and cisplain combination chemotherapy for 40 cases advanced Non-small cell Lung cancer

目的:观察国产异长春花碱(盖诺)加顺铂联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效及毒副作用。方法:40例Ⅲ～Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌(初治20例,复治20例),采用盖诺25mg/m^2,iv,d1、d8,顺铂35mg/m^2,ivgtt,d3～d5,联合化疗。结果:初治20例中CR+PR 13例,有效率65％;复治20例中CR+PR 10例,有效率50％;总有效率57.5％,主要副反应为骨髓抑制及静脉炎,采用深静脉给药可减轻静脉炎的发生。结论:盖诺加顺铂联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效较好,副反应可耐受,值得临床推广应用。

Objective: To evaluate the short-term effective and toxic side-effective of homemade vinorlbine plus cisplain combination chemotherapy in treating non-small ecu lung cancer. Methods :40 cases of grades Ⅲ and Ⅳ Non-small cell lung cancer (20 naive eases,20 repeat chemotherapy cases). Vinorelbine 25mg/m2 , iv,d1 ,d8 ;cisplain 35mg/m2 ,d3 - d5 , ivgtt,combination chemotherapy. Results:There are 13 CR + PR cases in naive patients, the overall response rate( OR) is 65% ; 10 of repeat chemotherapy cases are CR + PR, the(OR) is 50% ,therefore the OR for both group patients are 57. 5%. In the chemotherapy,the mainly toxic side-effectives of the patients were marrow-suppression and phlebitis. Such phlebitis could be released by the way of deep vein medicine supply. Conclusion: Homemade vinorelbine is rather active in treating advanced Non-small cell lung cancer with acceptable tolerance,and it is deserved further popularize.
