The modernization of the society calls for the modernization of personality. As the backbone of the development of the future society, the well being of the personality of the college students will exert a significant influence on the modernization process of the society. With the necessity being acknowledged, the characteristics of the modernization of the personality of students are analyzed and relevant approaches and measures are proposed.
