漳州水仙花头香的化学成分分析

Analysis of Fragrance Volatile Chemical Constituents of Zhangzhou Narcissus

福建漳州人工栽培的水仙为中国水仙之上品。由于它的幽雅清香一直作为花卉盆景观赏而驰名中外。据记载水仙花自然散发出的香气(头香)兼备大花茉莉的清鲜,风信子的甜鲜和紫丁香的幽鲜,并带有某种动物香的独特香味。其芳香化学成分的研究迄今尚无报道。

Fnrty compounds in fragrance volatile of Zhangzhou Narcissus were identified and determined, by using GC-MS. The major compounds were benzyl acetate ( 33.57%). 2-phenylethyl acetate ( 1.65%), phenylpropyl acetate (1. 16%), 2-methyl-1-penten-3-ol (3.45%), 2, 5-dimethyl-2-hexanol (2.84%), 3, 7-dimethyl-1, 6-octadien-3-ol (1.16%),1, 5-heptadien-3, 4-diol (1.06%), 3-methyl-4-heptanone (5.44%), 2-methyl-3-pentanone (8. 24%), 6-methyl-5-nonen-4-one ( 1. 93%) , hexadecanoic acid ( 1. 98%) , 2-propyl-1H-imidazole(2. 71%)and 2,2-dimethyl-4,5-di-1-propenyl-1,3-dioxolane(2. 16%).Significant differences were found in nature and amounts of constituents between fragrance volatile and essential oil of Zhangzhou Narcissus.
