在我国创建学习型社会必须有广大农民的参与,然而创建学习型农村的问题并没有引起足够的重视。要深化农村教育改革,在农村建立起终身学习体系,转变用人上的"城乡二元"思维定势,创建学习型农村。

In our country, studytype society must have a mass of the participations of peasants, but the problem of establishing studytype countryside has not caused enough attention. We should deepen the rural educational reform, set up alllife study system in the countryside, change the fixed mode of thinking, and establish a studytype countryside.
