摘要
从商品品种、商品组合、服务水平三个方面深入探讨时尚类服装商品的库存管理,以及三者之间的互相制约与互相作用。从而认为,只有洞察服装零售市场状况达到三者的动态平衡,才能制定出切实有效的服装商品策略。
This paper focuses on fashion commodity inventory from three aspects,i.e. variety, assortment and service level, discussing the relationship and balance of them. An apparel retailer must set up interactive merchandising strategy with high efficiency to achieve quick response.
