摘要
对红三叶群落微量元素和"有益"元素积累量研究,目的在于揭示有关微量元素和"有益"元素在红三叶群落中的积累、分配和动态变化特征。分析结果表明,红三叶群落11种元素的积累量水平为Fe和Na元素积累量大于100mg/m2,Mn、Cu、Zn、B、Sr元素积累量在10~100mg/m2之间,Mo、V、Ni、Co元素积累量小于10mg/m2;各元素积累的部位表现为Zn、B、Mo、Cu、Mn、Ni、Co、Sr元素为地上部高积累特征,Fe和Na则表现为地下部高积累特征;在器官分配上表现为叶>茎>花序;红三叶群落营养元素积累动态以正态单峰型和W或M波型为基本模式,但地下部元素积累量动态有较大的差异,地下部元素积累量动态则以半W波型和线性化的正态单峰型动态为主要模式。
This study was carried out to look at the accumulation, allocation and dynamic change characteristics of trace and beneficial elements in the Trifolium pratense community. The results showed that the accumulated amount of Fe and Na was more than 100 mg/m2, Mn, Cu, Zn, B and Sr was between 10~100 mg/m2, and Mo, V, Ni, and Co was less than 10 mg/m2. The results of element allocation analysis showed that all of the 11 elements looked at accumulated in the leaves. The accumulation of these elements in the leaves was over 60%. The results also showed that Zn, B, Mo, Cu, Mn, Ni, Co, and Sr had the highest accumulation aboveground, and Fe and Na underground. There are two basic models of trace and beneficial element accumulation; the normal sigmoid curve and the 'W' form curve. However, there was difference between the aboveground and the underground situations. The main patterns of underground accumulation were represented by 'W' form and linear curve models.
