行为危险因素监测数据可靠性的研究

A Study of Reliability on Surveillance Data of Behavioral Risk Factors

目的了解我国行为危险因素监测数据的质量 ,为今后的行为危险因素监测工作提供参考。方法调查 -再调查的方法 ,通过计算 kappa值来衡量数据的可靠性。结果行为危险因素监测系统监测的内容中 ,人口学特征和危险因素水平的可靠性比较好 ,危险因素相关知识知晓率的可靠性稍差。结论只要加强管理和培训 ,行为危险因素监测能够获得比较可靠的数据。

Objective To evaluate the quality of surveillance date from behavioral risk factors survey system(BRFSS) in Chengdu and Tianjin,then put forward suggests for the BRFSS.Method Test-retest survery. Results Reliability of demographic characteristic variables in BRFSS was the highest,and behavior risk factor variables followed.The lowest one was awareness rate related to the risk factors.Conclusion BRFSS was a new surveillance in our country.Study results showed that we could gain reliable data if we strengthen management and training.
