摘要
对顾客满意营销理念进行了新探索,指出服务满意是实现顾客满意营销战略的保证,阐明了服务是产品功能的延长,介绍了"宜家"以情营销实现服务满意,提出了实施服务满意的方法。
This paper probes into the concept of customer satisfaction-oriented marketing, and points out that satisfaction from service guarantees the marketing strategy of customer satisfaction and that service is the extension of the functions of the products. By introducing the satisfaction service practiced by YIJA through affectionate marketing, this thesis proposes some methods of realizing satisfaction through service.
