Construction of Eco-environment and Enhancement of Agricultural Competitive Ability

提高我国农业的竞争力,促进农业经济快速发展,增加农民收入成为当前经济发展的首要问题。随着经济的发展,社会的进步,人们对生态环境意识与食品安全意识不断增强,以及在加入WTO与农业国际化竞争日益激烈的新形势下,农业的生态环境建设成为提高农业竞争力的重要手段。阐述了农业生态系统建设内在规律与外在因素,分析了生态环境质量问题是当前制约我国农业竞争力的关键因素之一,提出优化生态环境建设、提高农业竞争力的对策。

The first major problem we face in the current economic development in China is how to enhance the agricultural competitive ability, improve the rapid development of agricultural economy, and increase farmers' income. With the economic development and social advancement, we are increasingly concerned with the ecological environment and food safety. Under the new conditions, especially after China's entry into WTO and facing the intensive international agricultural competition, the construction of agricultural eco-environment has become an important means to improve the agricultural competitive ability. This paper expounds the inherent laws and the external factors in the construction of agricultural ecological system, analyzes and determines that the quality of agricultural eco-environment is one of the key factors which seriously constrained the agricultural competitive ability in China, and finally poses the countermeasures of how to optimize the construction of eco-environment and how to enhance agricultural competitive ability.
