摘要
农村税费改革非常必要,但会遇到各种困难和阻力,只有采取多方面措施,才能将税费改革进行到底。
The tax-for-fees reform in rural areas is necessary, but there are various problems and difficulties with the reform. Only by taking corresponding measures can the reform be carried out successfully.
