学分制条件下的高校学生社区团建工作探讨

A Study on the League-building Work in the University Students' Communities in the Credit System

在高校改革的大背景下,在后勤服务社会化后,大量学生入住校外学生公寓,形成了相对独立的学生社区,学生的思想政治工作面临着前所未有的冲击和挑战。完全学分制的实行使思想政治工作的重心逐渐转移到社区,原有的团建模式已经越来越不适应新形势的要求。现行的高校学生社区团建由于管理机制难以理顺,基本上还只是停留在表面。建立一种与完全学分制相适应的学生社区团建模式势在必行。

With the overall reform in universities and the logistic socialization, most of the students move into the students' flats and form the relatively independent students' communities. So the students' ideological and political education faces the unprecedented impacts and challenges. The application of the credit system has gradually diverted the focus of students' ideological and political education to the students' communities, and the original league-building mode is becoming more and more inadequate to the new requirements in the new situation. The current league-building work in the university students' communities stays just at the superficial level due to the hindered management mechanism. Thus it's imperative to establish a new league-building mode in students' communities to totally match the credit system. So this article puts forward some assumptions about how to establish the new management mechanism in the university students' communities in the credit system.
