摘要
4个苏丹草品种和 6个高粱品种在营养生长阶段的生物学性状差异性分析表明 :2 7个数量性状除性状 3、9、13、15、19、2 7在两类间差异不显著外 ,其余 2 1个性状在高粱和苏丹草间差异达显著或极显著水平。高粱和苏丹草两两品种间差异极显著 ;苏丹草类内品种 1与 2、10的 F测验不显著 ;高粱品种 5、6、9三者间 F测验不显著。逐步判别分析剔除 14个性状后 ,筛选出最主要的 16个性状指标 ,全部观察个体基本散布成两大类但有交叉。聚类分析表明 ,参试的 10个品种被分成两大类 ,即苏丹草 1、2、3、10为 1类 ,高粱 5、6、7、8、9为 1类。
30 biological characters were used for the comparative study between sorghum and sudangrass in nutrition growth phase. The results showed that the significant difference between sorghum and sudangrass was found in most characters. The cluster analysis revealed that, with the most important 16 characters selected by the stepwise discriminant analysis, 10 varieties of sorghum and sudangrass were divided into 2 groups, which Sudangrass S7, M5, S7 and Xinsu No.2 were clustered to 1 group, but Sorghum 3042B, AR, Short 4, Write 5, Jin 5 and Tx623B42 were clustered to the other group.
