甘蓝型油菜“凸耳”性状遗传分析

Genetic Analysis on Leaf on Leaf of B.napus

用着生“凸耳”与未着生“凸耳”的甘蓝型油菜品种进行遗传试验 ,对其 F1 、F2 、BC1 及 BC2 进行性状观察及遗传分析 ,结果表明 :甘蓝型油菜“凸耳”性状对非“凸耳”性状为显性 ,受两对基因控制。

The varieties with leaf on leaf which is a new marking character were crossed with the normal leaf varieties of B.napus. for studying on its genetic law. The result indicated that the character of leaf on leaf was a dominant compared with non leaf on leaf varieties of B.napus. and controlled by two pairs of gene.
