几个水稻品种的种子蛋白超薄等电聚焦谱带的差异

Differences of Seed Protein from Rice (Oryza spp.) Varieties Identified by Ultrathin Layer Isoelectric Focusing

利用超薄等电聚焦技术对 6个水稻品种种子贮藏蛋白进行了分析 ,发现供试水稻品种间的谱带有差异 ,据此差异 ,能有效区别 6个水稻品种。

Ultrathin layer isoelectric focusing of seed protein was applied to identify 6 rice varieties. The results indicated that the differences on quantity and positions of protein bands between varieties were showed, which 6 rice varieties could be identified from each other by this way.
