谈在教师继续教育中实施校本培训的途径

On the Ways of School-basic Training in Teachers' Advanced Education

"九五"期间,我国开展了一轮大规模的,以信息技术和职业道德为主要内容的中小学教师继续教育工程,取得了显著的成绩,但同时也还存在许多缺陷和不足.新时期我国"十五"期间基础教育改革和发展面临着以基础教育课程改革为核心内容的新任务.研究和探索中小学教师新一轮继续教育的培训模式及其实施途径,势在必行.走向校本,实施校本培训模式必将成为"十五"期间我国中小学教师继续教育的主要方向.本文结合"九五"期间我国中小学教师继续教育的实际,谈谈在"十五"期间新一轮教师继续教育中实施校本培训模式的基本途径.

During the period of the Ninth “Five-Year-Plan' , the advanced education ,which mainly contains the training of information tech nology and morality, is opened to the teachers in primary and middle schools and has indeed made outstanding progress in the new period, o ur basic education reform and development is faced with new tasks which is cente red on the basic course reform in the period of the tenth “Five-Year-Plan'. It is necessary to do concerning researc h and exploration of a new item of the advanced education and the way of its pra ctice. During that period, the main direction of the advanced education for the teachers in primary and secondary schools is t he inclination and practice of the school-basic model of training.This article discusses the basic way of the practice .
