摘要
中小学教师继续教育工作是一项长期任务,是关系到能否顺利实施素质教育的重要工作.而在当今的信息技术环境下,教育信息化是必然趋势.传统的教师素质观念面临挑战,新形势下教师是否具备一定的信息能力以及将信息技术与学科进行整合的能力,是衡量一个教师是否合格的重要因素.通过几年的摸索和实践总结出基于任务驱动的教与学的教师基本信息能力的培养模式,并提出了具体实施这种教与学模式的五个步骤.
The continuing education of primary and mi ddle school teachers is an i mportant long-term task, concerning the success of quality education. Education informationalization is an inevitable trend in the present situation of informat ion technology. Teachers' traditional quality concept is challenged, and an impo rtant yardstick measuring teachers' qualification is whether he has the ability of gaining information and reconciling information with the subject. The author summarizes the mode of training teachers' task-driven information capability on the basis of several years of exploration and practice, and puts forward five st eps in carrying out the training mode.
