摘要 系统论述了禽类视网膜神经节细胞(RGCs)的形态类型、数量与密度分布、中枢投射及胚胎发生等特征 ,并阐明了不同光信息主要通过 RGCs传至脑的视觉中枢 ,进而调节机体新陈代谢和生产性能 ,为进一步研究禽类特殊视觉机理及其与生理行为相联系的内在机制提供重要的形态学依据 。 This article reviewed the morphological type, distribution of density and quantity,projecting to nerve center and genesis of RGCs in the poultry. At the same time,the paper indicated that the different light information is transmitted to the visual centre primarily by RGCs, and then controlling the metabolism and productive performance. It will supply important foundation for elucidating relations between the special visual mechanism and physiological behavior, and more effectively instruct poultry farmer to utilize light scientifically for promoting production.
