摘要
选用健康成年 Wistar大鼠 72只 ,随机分为6组 ,即中药制剂 1、2、3及枸杞制剂对照组、蒸馏水空白对照组和正常对照组 ,给药 2周后 ,进行常压耐缺氧实验 ,测定存活时间、血清皮质酮、促肾上腺皮质激素 (ACTH)和胰岛素水平的变化并对肾上腺皮质束状带细胞超微结构进行观察。结果表明 :3种复方中药制剂和枸杞制剂均能延长大鼠的常压耐缺氧时间 (P <0 .0 5) ,其中复方中药制剂 3作用效果最好 (P<0 .0 1 ) ;3种复方中药制剂组和枸杞制剂对照组胰岛素浓度均显著高于空白对照组 (P<0 .0 5) ;3种复方中药制剂组和枸杞制剂对照组血清皮质酮、促肾上腺皮质激素 (ACTH)浓度均显著低于空白对照组 (P<0 .0 5) ;3种复方中药制剂和枸杞制剂对肾上腺皮质束状带细胞具有保护作用。由此可知 ,3种复方中药制剂和枸杞制剂对照均能提高机体耐缺氧能力 。
Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups and 3 traditional medicine formulas for screening were all composed of several component that have the function of enhance the ability of hypoxia resistance. All the groups were administrated for 2 weeks and the hypoxia resistance effect of the traditional medicine formulas and the vitamin formula on rats were examined through hypoxia and serum hormones. The results showed that the living time of three traditional Chinese medicine formulas group rats were significantly longer (P<0.01) than that of negative control group rats, and the living time of formula 3 was longer than the group2,group 3 and positive control group.The serum cortisol concentration of the Chinese traditional medicine formula group rats and positive control group rats were higher significantly than that of negative control group. It was concluded that the Chinese wolfberry formula can enhance the hypoxia resistance of rats through altering the serum concentration and lessen the impairment to cell membrane and organelle caused by superoxide and accelerating energy metabolism,but three traditional Chinese medicinal formulas agents could improve the hypoxia resistance of rats through complicated mechanism including regulate the activity of neuroendocrine and lighten the hypoxia stress respons.
