摘要
南瓜是一种极具开发潜力和开发价值的天然降血糖保健食品.从南瓜的营养价值、药用价值,尤其对从南瓜中提取天然降糖因子和开发特效保健品等方面的研究进展作了介绍.
The pumpkin is a natural hypoglycemic functional foods with the great potential and value to utilize. This paper briefly introduced the research and development of pumpkin from the following aspects: nutritive value, medicinal value,especially the extraction of the hypoglycemic factor for the development of health foods.
