网络信息技术在高校图书馆应用的普及,使参考咨询工作面临新的环境.因此,必须从选择价值大、针对性强的信息源,建立多渠道的咨询服务模式,加强对用户的宣传教育和培训,培养和提高参考咨询人员素质和能力等四个方面来改善传统的参考咨询工作.

Due to the popularization of the network information technology in university library, reference consultation work faces new environment. In order to improve the traditional reference work to a high level, the university library should chooses suitable information sources, sets up multi\|channel reference mode, strengthens user's propagation and training, improves the skills of the consultant.
