扩招后地方院校面临的问题分析

高等教育"扩招"给地方院校的发展提供了机遇,但在快速发展的同时也面临着很多问题:学校应付扩招的压力很大;教育质量保障体系呈下降趋势;地方院校的改革和发展没有得到当地政府有效的支持;教育经费投入的力度不足;生源质量下降和大部分新升格院校招生困难;师资力量紧张等.针对这些问题作者作了分析和思考,并提出了一些意见和建议.

An opportunity is given to the development of local colleges because of the enrolment expansion of university. At sametime local colleges have being many new problems and great pressure on dealing with the enrolment expansion. The education quality guarantee system is on descending trend. The reform and development of local colleges have not acquired the effective support of local government. The strength of education funds' throw\|in is inadequate. The source quality of students is descending and most new upgrade colleges have difficult on enrolment. Teachers are shortage and so on. The essay mainly analyses these problems and gives some pieces of advices.
