Young teachers play a big role in realizing colleges sustainable development. The article attempts to make an analysis of the actualities of the young teachers of ZJEI and their problems in terms of thinking, teaching, scientific researches and living conditions. It also brings forward the possible solutions to those problems and the methods of how to promote young teachers' training.
