摘要 以AlCl_3·6H_2O为原料,采用电化学方法制备了超细纳米Al_2O_3粉体,对粉体进行XRD及TEM表征,粉体不经热处理即含有γ-Al_2O_3。对粉体分别经500℃、800℃、950℃各处理2h,得到了粒径分别为20nm、35nm、60nm形态不同的粉体。 AlCl_3·6H_2O as raw material is used synthesized nanosized alumina with electrochemical method. The powders with XRD and TEM are analyzed. There are γ-Al_2O_3 powders at room temperature, and calcined at 500℃, 800℃, 950℃ for two hours respectively, the ever size of powders are 20 nm, 35 nm and 60 nm each.
