TLV2548是TI公司推出的一款新型高性能8通道12位低功耗、高速CMOS串行A/D转换器。介绍了TLV2548的特点和引脚功能,给出了TLV2548与TMS320VC33浮点DSP的接口电路硬软件,该接口已经应用于噪音测量电子仪器中,实践证明性能优良。
A/D converter TLV2548 is a new type product of TI company with 12- bit, 200- ksps, 8-channel, low-power, serial, successive approximation register (SAR). The features and package of TLV2548 and presents the hardware and software solution for interfacing TLV2548 to the floating signal processor (DSP) TMS320VC33 are introduced. TLV2548 is successfully applied in an instrument.
