摘要
以1—萘酚、环氧氯丙烷为原料合成得到1-萘基环氧丙基醚,再与异丙胺反应得到外消旋普萘洛尔。外消旋体通过手性拆分试剂L-(+)-酒石酸进行化学拆分,生成的非对映异构体经选择性结晶得到(+)-普萘洛尔-L-(+)-酒石酸盐。
