摘要
讨论了滞环电流控制模式中的电感电流,开关电流的有效值和MOSFET开关损耗与效率之间的关系,促进了计算机辅助设计程序的优化.从而能有效地选择电路元件以满足各种指标设计要求。
On the basis of analyzing the RMS inductor current and the RMS switching current, as well as the MOSFET switching loss , the relations between them and the efficiency of a Hysteretic Boost PFC Circuit are discussed in this paper. A computer- aided design optimization program is developed to select circuit components that will meet customer's efficiency and input-output requirements.
