摘要
为了解决防撞梁受冲击载荷时强度计算问题,首次在自制的提升机模拟试验台上研究了提升容器对防撞梁的冲击过程,得到了不同工况条件下的防撞梁瞬态冲击力变化曲线.对不同工况下的曲线进行线性回归,得到对应的拟合方程.结果表明:防撞梁的瞬态冲击载荷不仅与冲击距离呈线性关系,而且和提升容器下降侧与上升侧的张力差、提升钢丝绳的弹性系数有关.因此,为了保证提升系统安全可靠的运行,必须有效地降低过卷时的冲击速度.
In order to calculate the strength of rubbing beam under impact load, the process of rubbing beam being impacted was studied on the self-made hoist imitating test stand to establish instantaneous impact force curves for the rubbing beam, and linear regression fitting equations made these basic experimental data ready for design of rubbing beam. The instantaneous impact force is linear with impact distance, and depends on the difference in tension between descending and ascending vessels and the elastic coefficients of hoisting ropes. In order to ensure the safety and reliability of hoisting system, reduce the impact force of rubbing beam and decrease the damage due to overwinding, the impact speed must be reduced when overfalling occurs.
