人造丝增强橡胶纵向冲击拉伸本构关系研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对人造丝增强橡胶在中应变率范围内的应用问题,采用一套可用于高速冲击拉伸下大变形测量的激光光栅变形测量系统,通过大量不同冲击速率、不同的纤维布设角度下的人造丝增强橡胶高速冲击拉伸实验,得到了该材料在不同冲击拉伸速率下的应力-应变曲线.并且在理论分析的基础上,建立了该材料在纵向冲击拉伸下的本构方程.结果表明:此研究将为人造丝增强橡胶在工程实际中的合理应用提供一定的理论和实验依据. A set of lasergrating system was used for measuring large deformation of RRR at moderate strain rate under tensileimpact. The stressstrain curves of RRR under different strain rates were gained through the large number impacttensile tests at different strain rates and different collocation angles. The constitutive equation of RRR was established from the analysis of test results. This work provides some theoretical and experimental basis for the reasonable application of RRR for engineering purpose.
