摘要
结合房屋质量检测和长期沉降观测资料,分析了不同地基土类型上多层住宅的长期沉降特性,沉降速率差与建筑物开裂之间的关系,提出了应进行地基加固的临界条件,此外,还探讨了箱形基础的沉降特性和优势。
Based on housing quality inspections and long-time settlement measurement data, the long-term settlement characteristics of low-rise housing on different kinds of soil profiles were analyzed. The effect of settlement rate differentia on housing cracking was studied, the critical conditions of soil improvement was presented. The settlement characteristics and advantages of box foundation were also discussed.
