摘要
针对不能"修复如新"单部件保修系统,提出了一种新的按比例保修和免费保修策略,并利用几何过程分别考察了顾客和商家关于产品的长期运行平均费用.
This article considers the warranty system consisting of one component that it is not 'as good as new' after repair,involving two kinds of the new warranty policies:the free warranty and the pro rata warranty. By using the geometric process, we examine the longrun expected costs under these policies for both consumer costs and manufacturer costs.
